According to the Communication and Culture Development Department of the Stock Exchange Information and Education Company, the first phase of providing smart capital market chatbot services with the aim of reducing response time and improving the audience experience was unveiled at the 12th Kish Inox Exhibition in the presence of Mohammad Javad Zarif (former Foreign Minister), Hojjatollah Seydi (Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Organization), Shams al-Din Hosseini (Chairman of the Economic Commission of the Parliament), Masoumeh Aghapour (Member of the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange), Mohammad Jafar Kabiri (CEO of the Kish Free Zone Organization), and Mahmoud Vaezi.
In the first phase, the capital market chatbot, with 24-hour and automated response capabilities, offers users a variety of services, including the following:
Explaining basic concepts of the capital market and financial terminology
Answering frequently asked questions in the field of stock exchange and investment
Providing the history of the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization
Performing simple financial calculations and analytical ratios
Defining common investor terms
Answering questions related to professional capital market certificates
Connecting to the TSETMC system and providing real-time symbol information
Displaying commodity and energy exchange data
Providing information on approved laws, regulations, and guidelines
Introducing trading symbols of listed companies
According to this report, the capital market chatbot is continuously developed based on the current needs of shareholders and market activists, and in the second phase of this project, capabilities such as connecting to the Kodal system, live chat with experts, and providing customized versions for financial institutions are also being implemented.
Also, this project is part of the digital transformation program of the Stock Exchange Information and Education Company, which aims to reduce the repetitive and time-consuming services of responsive experts, and elevate their role to quality supervisors, content analysts, and expert advisors.
